Chloe Hogan (b. 1998, based in Charleston, SC) creates layered, emotionally charged paintings that explore memory, identity, and the process of becoming. Drawing from figuration, abstraction, and intuition, her work navigates transformation, reflection, and the evolving story of selfhood over time.
